We're looking for a seasoned Program Manager, Events Creative to be the operational backbone of our Events & Experiences Creative team - driving process, alignment, and execution across complex, high-volume programs.\r\nThis is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative operations and events, brings sharp program management skills, and energizes the teams they work with.\r\nKey Events You'll Support\r\n\r\nDreamforce (DF) - flagship annual conference (~18,000+ creative assets)\r\nConnections (CNX) - Marketing & Commerce-focused event\r\nTrailblazerDX (TDX) - Developer & Trailblazer community event\r\nTableau Conference (TC) - Data & analytics community conference\r\nAgentforce World Tours - Global field event series\r\nInternal Events - CKOs and select leadership events\r\n\r\nCore Responsibilities\r\n\r\nOwn end-to-end creative program management for 2-4 Tier 1 events, from Demand Generation through on-site execution\r\nBuild and maintain project plans, RACIs, workback calendars, and milestone trackers\r\nManage creative intake, deadlines, and prioritization across concurrent deliverables\r\nCoordinate across 15-22 creative resources per event, plus production teams and stakeholders\r\nManage vendors, budgets, and approval frameworks\r\nLead working rhythms with Director and Senior Director-level partners across Events, Creative, Brand, and Production\r\nBuild scalable processes and tools that standardize across the full events portfolio\r\nTrack budget and KPIs; maintain status dashboards for real-time transparency\r\n\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n\r\n8+ years of program/project management experience in creative, brand, events, or marketing environments\r\nProven ability to manage large-scale, high-complexity programs with multiple concurrent workstreams\r\nStrong stakeholder management skills - comfortable with Director-level partners and competing priorities\r\nProficiency with PM tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent)\r\nData-driven, solutions-first mindset with exceptional organizational and communication skills\r\nCalm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and a healthy sense of humor\r\n\r\nAbout Salesforce\r\nSalesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans and agents drive customer success together.
