Water Damage Mitigation Manager
We are a disaster restoration company servicing most of the Wasatch Front, we specialize in the mitigation of flood and the remediation of fire, and mold. We also manage rebuild. We seek an experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading our field operations.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead a team of water mitigation technicians in the field. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies. Experience with CRM and digital documentation. Scheduling and dispatching. Some experience with Xactimate estimating.
Flood/Fire/Mold Remediation: Must be able to run a mitigation job from start to completion. Sell the job, inspect, sketch, monitor, use advanced drying techniques...
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in all operations,, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
Customer Communication: Interact with clients professionally, providing clear and concise communication regarding the restoration process, timelines, and any potential issues. As well as communicating with insurance adjustors and any trades necessary.
Service Standards: Uphold and exceed company service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in water/fire mitigation and Disaster Restoration project management.
Experience running the repair side.
IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) is not required but highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficient in the use of moisture meters, mapping tools, and other industry-specific equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the disaster restoration industry.

Pay: $80,000-$90,000 annual

8 hour shifts but overtime is common since we are a 24/7 emergency response
company. Must be willing to go into “on call” rotation with other associates for
emergency call-outs.
