LLM Operations Engineer

A company is looking for a LLM Operations Engineer - Remote (EST). Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage the delivery of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure operational excellence Analyze system metrics and logs to identify trends and address potential issues proactivelyRequired QualificationsAt least 5+ years of experience in production support and incident management Expert proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK), including Kibana and Elastic Search Strong experience with incident management tools, preferably ServiceNow Knowledge of AWS operations is a plus
