Accounting Assistant

This Accounting Clerk role in Corry, PA involves preparing vendor invoices, scheduling payments, and managing accruals and AP reports for month-end.Responsibilities include assisting with account analysis, processing manual checks, maintaining expense reports, and supporting accounts receivable and invoicing functions. The position may also involve helping with payroll, conducting collection calls, processing credit memos, and aiding in month-end closing and audits.Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma and ideally 3+ years of accounting experience. Knowledge of ERP systems and JBA software is a plus.Pay is $27/hour, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid leave.
