This position involves mastering manufacturing processes, implementing quality assurance methods, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to uphold industry standards and company policies.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement methods for testing and inspecting product quality.\nReview manufacturing documentation to confirm it includes the criteria necessary for effective inspection and testing.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for procedural, product, or process deficiencies.\nUtilize statistical methods and statistical process control to support structured problem-solving teams and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and execute quality reporting measures to analyze and enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.\nReview customer and product specifications and create inspection plans to ensure all requirements are met.\nSupport Non-Conformance Material Report (NCMR) failure analysis and initiate corrective actions as necessary.\nAssist with prototype and new process development to meet customer and industry standards.\nParticipate in and lead internal and supplier quality system audits, ensuring adherence to AS9100 standards and company policies.\nInterface with supplier quality representatives to resolve quality issues and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.\nActively support supplier corrective action activities, including site visits.\nParticipate in customer surveys, audits, and source inspections as required.\nConduct IPC 600 training for staff, maintaining certifications as required.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and programs regarding safety, security, and ISO standards.\nFacilitate timely and effective responses on RMAs\nSupport AS9102 first article inspection reports\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, significant relevant experience in lieu of degree.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and competence in performing root cause analysis.\nHighly developed oral and written communication skills.\nBroad knowledge of statistical theory, statistical process control, and inspection control methods.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nComprehensive understanding of quality systems, policies, and procedures, with the ability to interpret and meet customer requirements.\nProficiency in AS9100 standards and quality management systems.\nWillingness to travel to supplier and customer locations as needed.\nDemonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nElectronic and/or circuit board experience preferred.\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nRegular use of hands for handling objects and tools, including computer input devices.\nOccasionally required to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 30 pounds.\nAbility to focus on detailed tasks and maintain visual accuracy for close and distance work.\nMust be present onsite to perform duties effectively.\n\nBenefits\n\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.\n401(k) Program.\nCompany-Sponsored Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance.\nVoluntary Insurance Options: Life, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, AD&D, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Legal Insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.\nPaid Time Off and Sick Time.\nEducation Reimbursement Program.\n6 Company Holidays with an additional 3 floating holidays\nShift Differential\n\nEligibility: This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
