This critical role requires deep technical expertise in developing highly reliable and scalable software, as well as a proven track record of growing and developing engineering talent. You will attend daily operations calls, team standups, and meet with stakeholders regarding short-term/long-term projects. You will weekly meet with your team to discuss their career goals, and passions. You will lead operational excellence initiatives. You will partner with your Sr. SDEs to create architectures that will scale for the long term.
