HVAC Building Controls TechnicianLocation: Indiana – primarily Lebanon, IN (90% on-site)We’re hiring HVAC Building Controls Technicians to support commercial and large‑scale facilities across Indiana. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on testing, verifying, and commissioning HVAC building control systems in accordance with sequences of operation.Must‑HavesStrong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including AHUs, VAVs, RTUs, chillers, and hot/chilled water systemsExperience working with building automation systems (BAS) to review points and make adjustments as neededNo programming required; engineering teams handle programmingAbility to read and interpret mechanical and/or electrical drawings and sequences of operationExperience running HVAC equipment through testing and point‑to‑point checks to verify hardware and software align with sequencesComfortable working hands‑on in the field and collaboratively with a teamDay‑to‑Day ResponsibilitiesReview HVAC equipment performance against documented sequences of operationVerify BAS interaction with HVAC hardware and identify issuesCommunicate findings to engineering teams when changes are neededPerform testing, verification, and final commissioning of systemsSupport work at multiple Indiana locations, primarily at a large pharmaceutical‑type campus
