Job Title: CT Technologist Location: Sparks,NV Duration: 13 WEEKS Travelers Only 50 Miles & Above 36hrs/ 3*12s Thurs-Fri-Sat nights 7p-7a must live over 50 miles away Operate Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment and processors, analyzer body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors, position the body correctly, review physicians orders, obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality radiographs and reduce unnecessary radiation to patients and self. Assists phyisicians during procedures, including room preparation, supplies, contrast reactions and codes. Ability to schedule and complete exams and enter correct charge codes. Able to perform both CT and Xray; Experience using Canon CT, Siemens Xray, and Samsung portable equipment, as well as familiar with Cerner and Client PACS is a plus; Staffed in FED as a team of one, so independence is a benefit; Low volume as it’s an FED 2 year experience as registered radiology technologist, CT tech experience required. Active state license with Fluoro required.
