Role: Java Fullstack Developer (W2 only)Location: Reston, VA (Onsite) Duration: Long termKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) on the backendBuild responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or VueDevelop and consume RESTful APIs and microservicesWork with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) for data storage and retrievalEnsure application performance, security, and scalabilityCollaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developersWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codePerform unit testing, debugging, and code reviewsUse version control systems like GitParticipate in Agile/Scrum development processesRequired Skills10+ Years of Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programmingExperience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)Front-end development experience with JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocolsFamiliarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)Experience with version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab)Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
