You will be responsible for controlling job sites, pushing schedules, managing trades, and delivering a strong client experience while also stepping in physically when needed to keep projects moving.\n\nWe are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well with clients, and ensures projects stay on schedule without constant oversight.\n\n*Core Responsibilities:*\n\n*Project & Site Management*\n\n* Oversee multiple residential construction projects from start to finish\n* Maintain strict control of job schedules and timelines\n* Ensure all work meets company quality standards\n* Conduct frequent job site visits, inspections, and walkthroughs\n* Keep job sites clean, organized, and fully operational\n\n*Scheduling & Trade Management*\n\n* Aggressively manage and push subcontractors to stay on schedule\n* Coordinate all trades, inspections, and deliveries\n* Identify delays early and implement solutions immediately\n* Hold subcontractors accountable for performance and timelines\n\n*Client Communication & Experience*\n\n* Provide consistent updates to clients throughout construction\n* Manage expectations clearly and professionally\n* Conduct key walkthroughs (framing, electrical, final stages)\n* Address client concerns while maintaining company standards\n\n*Technology & Systems*\n\n* Utilize ElevatedBuild and internal systems daily\n* Maintain accurate schedules, logs, photos, and updates\n* Track selections, change orders, and progress in real time\n\n*Hands-On Responsibilities (Required)*\n\n* Install and maintain job site cameras and monitoring systems\n* Install and maintain builder signage\n* Perform minor punch-list and touch-up work, including paint touch-ups, caulking, and drywall patch/repair\n* Install door, cabinet, and other job site hardware as needed\n* Perform job site cleanup and organization, keeping sites safe, presentable, and client-ready\n* Coordinate dumpsters, material deliveries, and site logistics\n* Make material runs to pick up and deliver supplies as needed\n* Perform other minor field tasks (adjustments, touch-ups, small installs) as they come up\n* Step in wherever needed to prevent delays and keep projects moving\n\n*Requirements:*\n\n* 3+ years experience in residential construction (custom homes preferred)\n* Experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager\n* Strong understanding of residential construction processes and sequencing\n* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n* Comfortable being both hands-on and managerial, including basic punch-list work (paint, caulking, drywall) and hardware installation\n* Must own and be able to use basic construction tools\n* Ability and willingness to perform material runs as needed\n* Work truck or suitable vehicle for material transport is a strong plus\n* Proficient with construction management software (Buildertrend or similar preferred)\n* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills\n* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation\n\n*Work Expectations: (Non-Negotiable)*\n\n* Must be on time daily and work a full schedule\n* No leaving early or incomplete responsibilities\n* Must take full ownership of assigned projects\n* Willing to be hands-on and step in wherever needed\n* Ability to push trades and maintain accountability\n* Maintain
