Position: Licensed Only Agent (LOA) – Medicare ProductsEmployment Type: Full-Time | W2 or 1099 (depending on arrangement)Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST)Compensation:Base Pay: $12 – $15 per hour (based on experience)Commission: $20 per enrollment/saleRole OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Only Agent (LOA) to support Medicare product sales and enrollments. The LOA will work under an assigned upline and will be responsible for accurately guiding beneficiaries through Medicare plan options, ensuring compliance with all CMS regulations, and meeting sales/enrollment targets.This is a remote role with full training, onboarding, and access to ongoing team support.Key ResponsibilitiesEducate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.Assist with enrollments while ensuring compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines.Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with leads in a professional manner.Maintain detailed records of enrollments, client interactions, and compliance notes.Stay updated with CMS regulations, annual changes, and carrier product updates.Work collaboratively with team members, managers, and compliance staff.Required QualificationsActive Resident State Health/Accident Insurance License (copy + license number).Non-resident State Licenses (copies of all active states, if applicable).Sircon/NIPR License Report showing all active licenses.AHIP Certificate (annual Medicare training – valid for current plan year).Carrier-Specific Certifications (Humana, Aetna, UHC, WellCare, etc.).Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance Certificate with valid coverage.HIPAA/Compliance Training Certificate (if applicable).Background Check & Work Authorization (ability to legally work in the U.S.).Technology Requirement: Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop with webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.Experience Requirement: At least 1–2 years in Medicare sales or healthcare insurance (preferred).Preferred Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and customer service skills.Ability to explain Medicare products in simple terms to beneficiaries.High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet enrollment goals.Strong organizational and time-management skills.What We OfferRemote Work — flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.Training & Support — access to top-tier onboarding resources, CMS updates, and ongoing professional development.Team Environment — collaboration with peers, managers, and compliance experts.Growth Opportunities — ability to expand into additional states and product lines.Performance-Based Incentives — competitive commissions and bonuses for top performers.Flexible Engagement — option to work under W2 or 1099 structure.
