Experience.\nDescription:\nInterrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings,Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Bell\nProcess Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned work.\nProvides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing process planning sequences as required.\nProvide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD models with 2D drawings exist as required.\nDevelops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturing operations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.\nExecutes creation and maintenance of CAM programs and operator instructions for Numerical Controlled equipment.\nResponsible for developing, creating, and maintaining Loft MCAD models, flat patterns and associated digital tooling programs.\nWorking knowledge of NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool Design,\nManufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.\nSkilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.\nSupports producibility assessments when requested.\nMaintains records and schedules of work assigned.\nWill meet established company cost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain market competitiveness.\nProvide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by management.\nExecute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required to communicate and interact between internal and external customers.\nApply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct,instruct, mentor and check/validate Production Engineering work.\nRequired to attend training and complete competency-based testing as required by management to remain current with technological advancements.\nEducational Requirements:\nFour (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry.\nDemonstrated capability
