As an employee owner in this position, you will efficiently produce a quality folding carton that requires windowing whether printed or unprinted.\nIn this role, you will…\nSets up and operates a window machine per SOPs, work instructions, and control riders.\nActively monitors production efficiency and quality. Completes all documentation and reporting accurately.\nTroubleshoots machine problems as it pertains to equipment and set up. Performs testing as required and understands what corrective actions could be necessary to achieve passing results.\nAssists in minimizing the scope of remakes (identifying problems in a timely fashion through attributing and effectively communicating with customer fulfillment technicians).\nPerforms clean-up/maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOP.\nAbility to perform and sustain a high rate of productivity.
