Carpenter

Company Description We handle all aspects of property investments for remote investors. We conduct Home Inspections, we remodel and rehab properties, we find screen and place tenants, we handle all maintenance calls, and collect rent. Role Description This is a contract on-site role for a Carpenter at Barcle Properties in Greater St. Louis. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and drywall. Duties may also include measuring, cutting, and shaping materials according to specific measurements and blueprints.
