A company is looking for an International Business and Trade Programme Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee program delivery and manage the student and faculty experience for the BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade Lead and develop the faculty team while ensuring continuous professional growth and alignment with program objectives Implement quality assurance processes and enhance teaching and learning based on feedback and reviews Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or related subjects At least 5 years of experience in leadership development or similar roles within higher education Proven experience in curriculum design, development, and quality assurance in higher education Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies Demonstrated ability in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
