Our customers include retailers, e-commerce, consumers, dealers, hotels and restaurants in North America and abroad.Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Primary Responsibilities Include· Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner· Answer consumer questions through online retailers’ portals· Daily assistance and backup for our order entry team· Handle customers’ warranty cases· Contact customers for order information· Various office tasks such as answering phones, filing, researching information, assistance with Excel reports and presentations· Support internal teams with administrative tasks as neededDesired Skills & Experience· High school diploma· 2+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a related role.· Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills· Excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail· Self-motivated with a sense of urgency· Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Microsoft Excel· Technical savvy to navigate through new software systems· On occasion, must be able to stand for extended periods to assist with trade show setups xaygatp Job Type and Work Hours· Full-time, Mo-Fri, 7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00Pay and Benefits· $18-20 per hour depending on experience· Generous health insurance package· Dental and vision insurance plans available· Paid time off· Eight paid holidays· Retirement plan with company match· Employee discounts on product purchases· Caring, happy, yet professional environment
