Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Flight Test Engineers.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\nPlan, author, and coordinate various modifications across different teams and sites.\n\nWork and manage different programs concurrently.\n\nSupport the maintenance team with flight preparation sheets as required per maintenance.\n\nSupport distributed test operations as required.\n\nPlan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with responsible engineers from internal and external customers.\n\nDevelop flight test and mission profiles, publish test plans, create flight test cards, and manage test schedules.\n\nIdentify and coordinate the availability of test ranges and facilities with company and government agencies.\n\nEstablish test planning working groups, conduct flight test readiness reviews, and hold pre‑ and post‑test briefings.\n\nConduct ground and flight tests in accordance with established test plans and procedures.\n\nParticipate in post‑test data evaluation and problem identification and resolution.\n\nPrepare and publish test summaries and test reports.\n\nLead and prepare for remote site deployments.\n\nDevelop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity.\n\nApply lessons learned to improve test procedures.\n\nOversee debriefing of the test team.\n\nApprove test data prior to delivery to the customer.\n\nFormulate expectations for test data based on historical data.\n\nWork under minimal direction.\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)\n\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non‑US equivalent directly related to the job.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel 25–50% of the time, both domestically and internationally.\n\n1+ year of experience working in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)\n\nLevel 3: 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nAn active U.S. Security Clearance; a clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active.\n\nExperience authoring test plans and/or test cards.\n\nExperience executing tests in a control room environment.\n\nExperience with military aircraft and/or mission systems.\n\nExperience operating and/or maintaining aircraft (e.g., pilot license, maintenance experience).\n\nDrug Free Workplace\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace.
