Remote Director of Accounting & Finance

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Accounting & Finance for a mission-driven, outsourced accounting firm specializing in nonprofit organizations. This is a fully remote opportunity (U.S.-based), with preference for candidates able to work East Coast hours.Position OverviewThe Director of Accounting & Finance will serve as a strategic leader overseeing financial operations for a portfolio of nonprofit clients while managing and mentoring an internal team. This role acts as a key advisor, guiding organizations on financial health, compliance, and long-term planning.
