This role is ideal for an Engineer II–level professional with a few years of experience who brings strong mechanical/electrical fundamentals, is eager to learn, and can work collaboratively across departments.\nYou will play a key role in driving reliability programs, supporting management-of-change processes, reducing risk across critical assets, and improving documentation and engineering discipline throughout the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nReliability Program Support\n· Serve as a champion for reliability initiatives including:\no Management of Change (MOC)\no Root Cause Analysis\no Loss and risk control\n· Support and track asset health, risk portfolios, and reliability program performance.\n· Maintain alignment and documentation across engineering activities.\nTechnical Review & Documentation\n· Review engineering drawings, specifications, manuals, and technical change documents.\n· Work within established drawing and document management systems.\n· Coordinate with multiple teams to collect, validate, and organize technical data.\n· Support both maintenance and project activities at operating stations.\nProcess & Continuous Improvement\n· Oversee and improve management-of-change workflows.\n· Identify process inefficiencies and help streamline engineering and maintenance practices.\n· Apply broad engineering fundamentals across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n· Gather inputs from operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to centralize and standardize reliability data.\n· Promote an engineering-focused mindset across departments.\n· Act as a connector between station teams and corporate engineering programs.\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.\n· 3+ years of relevant engineering experience (energy, petrochemical, mining, manufacturing, heavy industry, or similar).\n· Foundational understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.\n· Experience reviewing drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents.\n· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n· Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Background in:\no Reliability Engineering\no Rotating equipment\no Mechanical/process engineering\no QA/QC, process improvement, or heavy industrial project work\n· Familiarity with:\no Maximo, SAP AM, WMS, PeopleSoft, Citiworks (CMMS/EAM platforms)\no Project tools such as P6 or MSFT Project\no Engineering drawing software (awareness level;
