If you're looking for a stable career in manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, or packaging, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with long-term potential.\nAs a Packaging Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring finished products are accurately packaged, inspected, documented, and prepared for shipment while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPackage finished products according to quality standards.\nRead, interpret, and maintain production and packaging log sheets.\nPerform quality inspections on packaged products and identify defects.\nConduct daily metal detection and quality control checks.\nMaintain accurate production documentation and inventory records.\nTransfer finished products to warehouse storage.\nScan products into the inventory management system.\nComplete pre-operational equipment inspections.\nOperate packaging equipment and production machinery safely.\nFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA regulations, sanitation guidelines, and company safety policies.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nCollaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals.\nPerform additional production and packaging duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, production, or food processing experience preferred.\nForklift experience is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail and quality.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to learn new equipment and processes.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nReliable attendance and a strong work ethic.\nAbility to accurately complete production documentation.\nApply Today!
