The candidate will act as the TTO Lead and System Engineer working with a small team of software engineers contributing to a system that directly supports mission customers. This position resides in the Processing & Analytic Capabilities organization, focused on the development, test, and maintenance of analytics supporting the operational needs of the customer.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide system engineering, software development, testing, and delivery of analytics solutions that meet operational needs and compliance requirements.\n\nLead and collaborate with a small team of software engineers to develop and maintain analytics supporting mission customers.\n\nContribute to the design, development, integration, and validation of analytics systems within the Processing & Analytic Capabilities organization.\n\nSecurity Clearance\n\nMust currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph; candidates must be U.S. citizens.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nFourteen (14) years of experience as a systems engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.\n\nFive (5) years of additional systems engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n\nAnnual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (depends on years of experience)\n\nUp to 20% 401(k) contribution (no matching required; vested from day 1)\n\nAbove market hourly rates\n\n$3,600 HSA contribution\n\nCompany-paid employee medical/dental/vision insurance; life insurance; short-term & long-term disability; AD&D\n\nEqual Opportunity\nCaptivation Software is an equal opportunity employer.
