This position will need to prepare the machines, inspect parts for quality, perform routine maintenance and adjustments, accurate record keeping and training employees to be back-up operators.\n\nDuties and responsibilities\nTraining new employees and back-up operators\nFollow spec sheets\nPrepare machines for production runs by setting them up and adjusting them.\nMonitor machines while they are running to identify any issues or malfunctions.\nPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines in good condition.\nCheck the output of their machines to ensure they meet quality standards.\nMust follow all safety procedures and wear the required protective gear.
