Other duties may be assigned.\nPrepares any and all reports required to communicate status on projects, cost of quality, meeting minutes\nParticipates and assists in all LEAN, 5S, Value Stream Mapping initiatives.\nManages projects to project plan and timeline.\nWorks with and through all level managers/employees in affected areas.\nCoordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant management to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.\nDevelops and implements Lean Manufacturing training programs.\nInterprets and Presents Lean philosophy to key personnel within Company.\nResponds to inquiries regarding Lean manufacturing or Continuous Improvement Initiatives and quality.\nResponsible for keeping all personnel aware and updated of any changes to Lean manufacturing techniques.\nAbility to make necessary changes immediately concerning Lean/Quality issues.\nDevelops, implements and modifies current Lean/Quality programs to focus on areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedure within the program.\nPlans, Coordinates and Facilitates necessary meetings to ensure all procedures and practices are followed.\nEnsures all areas and personnel are trained and are up to 5S and Lean standards.\nTracks, analyzes and reports the quality/cost improvements and advises management of any areas that need assistance.\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nLanguage Ability:\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\nMath Ability:\nAbility to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nComputer Skills:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing; spreadsheet software; inventory software; design software; order processing systems; project management software; Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's degree (B.
