This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage the engineering schedule, oversee component selection, and ensure seamless integration of system components. Additionally, the role involves monitoring application performance and implementing solutions to enhance reliability, ultimately driving projects to successful mass production. Provide support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nConsolidates all of the engineering specifications in RFQ regarding new Original Design/Equipment Manufacturer (ODM/OEM) and Electronics manufacturing services (EMS) projects.\nResponsible for features or enhancements from conceptualization, requirement gathering, implementation review and release.\nEvaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the engineering organization.\nDevelops the engineering schedule and prototype build plan in coordination with the engineering team including component selection, interfaces, and data flow.\nProactively ensures the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, integrating various system components, ensuring they work together seamlessly.\nWorks directly with project/program managers, operations and quality teams to bring the product to mass production stage.\nMonitors and tests application performance for potential bottlenecks, identifies possible solutions, diagnose and resolves system issues, ensuring the system operates reliably. And work with design engineers to implement those resolutions.\nParticipates in the design of information and operational support systems.\nEnhances comprehensive products, specific in RISC platforms and field bus protocols.\nCompliance with the Quality Management System is required.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:\nPreferably with 5-6 years working experience in a similar field.\nFamiliar with X86/RISC PC system architecture hardware design.\nLinux savvy.
