ASI-Mining is recognized for its products and solutions in robotics and autonomous vehicle technology with product offerings that cover a broad spectrum of machines and applications including autonomous haulage, blasting, drilling, dozing, loading and others. (*Details can be discussed with the recruiter.)\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe Scrum Master will oversee and ensure that the development teams are able to organize and follow the scrum and ASI development processes. The Scrum Master will also facilitate sprint reviews, release status meetings, and work with development teams to propose quarterly budgets. The Scrum Master will work closely with internal and external teams.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nEnsure development tracking tools are being used correctly and are accurate and up to date to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders\nEstablish and manage quarterly budgets and charge codes in ASI's ERP system (SAP)\nManage the organization and structure of Jira and ensure it's accurate\nEnsure that all work package definition meets minimum requirements\nFacilitate ASIM External Sprint Review meetings (notes, action items, scheduling)\nConsolidate content provided by development teams into a single sprint review artifact\nFacilitate and run Release Status/Alignment Meeting\nWork with development teams on their quarterly budgets\nESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS\nUndergraduate degree in Business, Engineering or related field required\nProficiency in the administration of JIRA required\nAbility to communicate effectively to engineers and management\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written)\nStrong presentation skills\nThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job function.
