Coaches don’t just teach but they have students talk it back to them to make sure they understand the process and can relay it to others, including their parents.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nUse the curriculum to teach and lead children in their lessons and projects\nRun trial classes\nCome up with creative ideas that kids could implement in their projects\nBe able to respond to parent questions about child progress\nMaintain a high quality of team performance and job satisfaction\nTrain new coaches as needed\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nSome experience working with kids in a camp, tutoring, childcare or after school program\nInterest and background in one of the following fields: programming in Scratch, Python, Java, Unity, Robotics, First Lego League, Roblox, Minecraft\nCharisma and the ability to function independently\nDEMONSTRATED TRAITS AND VALUES\nAdopt the Artisan’s Eye – We take pride in our work.
