Are you ready to own (y)our growth?As Product Manager (all genders) – IoT Platform , you will own a critical part of our foundation: the cloud‐and‐web‐based platform capabilities behind our connected hardware fleet. Your work will sit at the intersection of internal tooling, event‐driven platform logic, and operational scalability .You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, especially System Performance, Customer Success, Technical Implementation, Installations and other Product & Engineering teams .What to expectOwnership: Own a strategic part of our IoT platform end to end – from discovery and prioritization to delivery and continuous improvementStrategy: Define and drive the product strategy for operational tooling across configuration, rollout, monitoring, and fleet operationsUser focus: Understand pain points of internal users across Operations teams and translate them into scalable product improvementsPlatform capabilities: Own event‐driven services such as parking space occupancy and other device‐derived platform capabilitiesScalability: Ensure platform logic is reliable, observable, and scalable for increasingly complex and business‐critical use casesCollaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and align across Operations, Product, and leadership to balance technical constraints, user needs, and business prioritiesMust-havesExperience: You have around 3–5 years of experience owning software, platform, or otherwise technically complex product areas from problem definition to delivery and iterationTechnical understanding: You are comfortable working with backend, cloud, and systems‐related topics and can credibly discuss trade‐offs with engineersStakeholder management: You know how to align cross‐functional stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and leadershipAnalytical thinking: You use data, monitoring insights, and user feedback to make structured product decisionsEnvironment: You bring experience from platform, SaaS, infrastructure‐adjacent, or similarly complex product environmentsLanguage: You are fluent in English (C1 or above)Extra points forIoT exposure: You have worked with IoT platforms, connected devices, or hardware‐adjacent productsOperational products: You have experience with internal tooling, operational workflows, or platform servicesArchitecture knowledge: You are familiar with event‐driven architectures, distributed systems, and technologies such as Kafka and MQTTTool knowledge: You have hands‐on experience with tools such as SQL, Metabase , or similar analytics and monitoring toolsHardware context: You have exposure to hardware integration or embedded systems conceptsLanguage: You have German language skillsWhat we offerFlexibility & Responsibility: Your workday, your performance – Our hybrid model empowers you to focus from home, get fresh perspectives during workation, and connect in person during our Anchor Days (Tuesday to Thursday)Tailored Mobility: Full speed ahead – Whether it's sustainable bike leasing or a public transport subsidy, we keep you flexible and on the moveOwnership & Autonomy: Your impact, your results – Take full ownership of your area and your KPIsTeam Culture & Networking: Real connections – also beyond the day‐to‐day.
