Warehouse Inventory ClerkOverviewThis role supports daily warehouse operations, managing the flow of materials in and out while maintaining organization, accuracy, and safety. The position works closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure inventory integrity and timely fulfillment of production and sales needs.Schedule & LocationOnsite, Monday-FridayTwo shifts available: AM: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PMPM: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PMLocation: Culver CityParking providedKey ResponsibilitiesVerify packing slips against purchase orders and enter data accuratelyResolve inventory discrepancies with buyersMaintain incoming/outgoing inspection logs and manage inspection inventoryIssue materials and kits to support production requirementsPick accessories for sales orders and coordinate returns/outside processingRecord all inventory transactions in real timePerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory auditsMaintain warehouse organization (labeling, FIFO, date code tracking)Support general warehouse operations as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED1-3 years of warehouse experience (electronics components preferred)Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent ResidentEmployment contingent on background check and drug testPreferred SkillsExperience with inventory management systems (e.g., Google Sheets tracking)Familiarity with international freightHigh attention to detail, reliability, and teamworkAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of warehouse safety practicesPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 lbsFrequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squattingCompensation & BenefitsPay: $23-$25/hour All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
