In addition, they will receive a separate amount of Sick Time.\n\nFull-Time Exempt employees are part of Incora’s FlexTime policy, as well as 80 hours of Exempt Sick time.\n\nFamily friendly policies such as 2 weeks paid parental leave.\n\nWe believe every little helps by offering a generous discount portal only available to Incora employees vis Perkspot.\n\nEmployer paid Group Life Insurance at 1x salary, STD, and LTD.\n\nIncora offers three (four for California) different health plans with competitive premiums for all full-time permanent employees.\n\nIncora offers a 401K plan with company match.\n\nVery importantly we want to be with you to help your career take off and become part of the Incora Story\n\nAbout You:\n\nLead the contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels and robust revenue & margin growth plans.\n\nAccountability and proactiveness to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Contract and its key processes.\n\nWork closely with the Sales Functions to develop bid strategies for new & renewals of contracted business.\n\nContribute to Annual Operating Process; and provide accurate business forecasts on a regular basis.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to existing and new contracts.\n\nLeading by example and enabling an environment where all employees can contribute to the best of their abilities.\n\nSupport the environment for growth and progression for the people within the team.\n\nNegotiate renewals of customer contract agreements using Best Practice Terms & Conditions for Incora\n\nClosely monitoring sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget ensuring accounts remain profitable.\n\nConduct interviews, hire and train on-site personnel (when necessary to do so).\n\nEnsure longevity of a partnership culture in all Incora’s contracted customers.\n\nResponsible for the maintenance of the contract for the life of the contract. This element of the role will involve seamless communication to the functions of Planning and Procurement to ensure continuity of the supply of parts.\n\nTo be responsible for developing key performance indicators for Contract Compliance, both externally with the Customer and internally for Financial Performance.\n\nManage, support and mentor the team, providing effective & timely performance evaluations, conduct reviews and facilitate additional training and/or mentoring as appropriate.\n\nAbility to travel, as necessary, between customers’ sites.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nBachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience, which may include sales, distribution and inventory management.\n\nSignificant experience of customer relationship management\n\nFinancially proficient to a good level\n\nHigh level of business acumen\n\nExcellent communication and influence skills at all levels.\n\nSome people management and leadership experience\n\nPrevious experience working within a contract management/sales environment preferred.\n\nChange management experience preferrable.\n\nMust have and maintain own/reliable transportation and company-approved driving record.\n\nP&L Management\n\nContract management.\n\nSupply Chain & Distribution\n\nProject leadership\n\nExcellent communication\n\nInfluencing skills\n\nGood people manager\n\nTeam motivator\n\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity\n\nSo, if you feel you have all of this, and want to be part of developing the Incora Story apply now we can’t wait to hear from you.\n\nThe description provided above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties, responsibilities and requirements.
