Massage Therapist

Seeking the right candidate to join our team, passionate about customer care and wellness. Looking for a part time massage therapist or esthetician to work at our growing wellness center. This would be the perfect position for a dual license practitioner to grow their clientele. Schedule is flexible but we are looking to fill afternoon and weekend availability first. All materials and equipment provided to include online booking, social media and advertising. Commission based pay with bonuses for retention and new client referrals. Pay rate starts at $42.50/hr with potential of more based on skill, modalities, client retention etc. Wellness benefits, continuing education available after 90 days. Monday: 2-8 and 1-5:30, Tuesday: 5-8 and 2-8, Wednesday: 1-5:30, Thursday: 1-8, Saturday: 9-2, Sunday: 11-4 Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and create personalized treatment plans. Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and provide exceptional customer service throughout their experience. Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with other health professionals to enhance patient care and support overall wellness.
