In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend solutions that power our eCommerce. Work with and communicate well with teammates to foster an engaging environment and culture. Mentor and coach team members to enhance team growth and productivity.\r\nLI-Remote\r\nWhat we expect from you\r\nBachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems is preferred.\r\n5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend engineering using Java and Spring Boot.\r\nStrong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).\r\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).\r\nSkilled at communicating effectively and empathetically with technical and non-technical users.\r\nExperience working on an Agile/Kanban team.\r\nComprehensive understanding of SDLC.\r\nQSR experience a plus.\r\nGoogle Cloud Platform experience a plus.\r\nWendy's was built on the premise, \"Quality is our Recipe,\" which remains the guidepost of the Wendy's system.
