They will maintain and monitor our network infrastructure, ensuring it runs smoothly.\nThe Network Engineer will be involved in troubleshooting, designing, and implementing network solutions for our business needs. They will have strong technical skills, project management abilities, and problem-solving expertise.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain and support LANs, WANs, and Wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and more.\nResolve network issues and provide technical support.\nContribute to projects improving our network setup.\nIdentify and fix network problems to enhance performance.\nDocument procedures and update network diagrams.\nUse enterprise-level tools like Web filtering, Open DNS, VPN, etc.\nBe available for occasional off-hours work when necessary.\nProvide regular updates on task progress.\nFoster teamwork and maintain positive communication.\nHandle incidents, service requests, and change orders promptly.\nSupport tier 2 and tier 3 network operations.\nPlan and execute network projects effectively.\nJob Requirements:\n5+ years' of experience in similar roles.\nExperience with Azure, Windstream, and/or Cato.\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred.\nFamiliarity with Citrix NetScaler or similar load balancing technologies.\nProficiency in routing, core switching, firewalls, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools.\nUnderstanding of network principles and internet architecture.\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication skills.\nCustomer service mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills.\nCompensation:\n$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year\nBenefits:\nPTO\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nLife Insurance\n401k\nRoadrunner Freight is building something special with great people, a winning culture and a differentiated service offering in the marketplace.
