Finance Site Liaison Manager

A company is looking for a Controller, Finance Site Liaison. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end general ledger close process for designated sites, ensuring timely completion and analysis Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis, providing insights and variance explanations Collaborate with hospital leadership for post-close analysis and support annual budgeting processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 5-7 years of experience in healthcare or hospital financial operations Expertise in P&L and balance sheet analysis and month-end close processes Experience with Oracle, EPM, and financial reporting tools Strong understanding of revenue recognition and key accounting processes
