Senior Technical Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Services & Ongoing Support Specialist (TSOS) for the Touch Surgery Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 technical support for surgical video capture, livestreaming, and cloud connectivity issues
Support customers throughout the full lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and post-go live
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support or customer-facing roles, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience
Experience engaging with hospital IT teams and clinicians
Prior experience supporting technology in healthcare or regulated environments
Strong troubleshooting experience with software and hardware in live production environments
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and network infrastructure
