You'll collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver seamless, performant, and visually consistent user experiences for our workforce management platform and mobile kiosk applications.\r\nKey Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize modern, responsive UIs using React (web) and React Native (mobile).\r\nContribute to and extend our custom React-based framework, leveraging deep knowledge of React internals (virtual DOM, reconciliation, Fiber architecture, rendering lifecycle).\r\nArchitect and implement clean, scalable state management using Redux, Flux, or equivalent patterns.\r\nTranslate legacy React class components and lifecycle methods into modern Hooks-based implementations.\r\nBuild reusable component libraries and utilities using TypeScript, ensuring strong type safety and maintainability.\r\nDiagnose and resolve complex rendering and performance issues across platforms.\r\nParticipate in code reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior engineers.\r\nCollaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered features.\r\nRequired Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with React and 2–3 years with React Native.\r\nDeep understanding of React internals — including virtual DOM, reconciliation, and component lifecycle.\r\nStrong proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript architecture patterns.\r\nProven experience extending or customizing frameworks or internal libraries.\r\nExpertise in state management (Redux, MobX, or similar).\r\nSkilled in performance optimization, debugging, and front-end architecture.\r\nSolid grasp of responsive and accessible design principles.\r\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD, and RESTful API integration.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience with custom Hooks, context-based architecture, and render optimization techniques.\r\nExposure to React Fiber concepts and concurrent rendering.\r\nFamiliarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Cypress) and mobile deployment pipelines.\r\nExperience integrating third-party SDKs (analytics, maps, push notifications).\r\nPrevious work in hybrid environments with Android or backend engineers.\r\nEmployment Eligibility Gravity can only consider U.S. citizens or Green Card Holders at this time.\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
