The Escalation Engineer must learn fast and adapt to quickly changing technology and to provide top tier Engineering solution for our product line. You'll continually expand your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.\n\nCustomer interaction - Work with strategic customers and see the tangible impact of solving their critical problems.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nInvestigate and resolve complex technical issues across our entire product suite\n\nWrite Python code\n\nAnalyze application logs, database performance, and system behavior to identify root causes\n\nImplement fixes and patches that are deployed directly to customer environments\n\nServe as a technical expert for resolved customer issues - you are the final line of defense\n\nCollaborate with development teams to identify product improvements based on real-world issues\n\nCreate documentation and diagnostic tools that enable support teams to independently resolve similar issues\n\nClearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nRequirements:\n\nB.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university\n\n3+ years of professional experience developing Python - Must\n\nStrong SQL skills - write complex queries, optimize database performance, and investigate data issues\n\nProven track record of debugging complex, multi-layered technical problems\n\nAbility to work independently and bring problems to resolution with minimal supervision\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills\n\nComfortable transitioning between different types of technical problems\n\nVaronis is an equal opportunity employer.
