The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their personal goals. Key tasks include managing a sales pipeline, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting cold and warm calling, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the company’s business development strategies.QualificationsProven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account ManagementStrong Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation skillsAbility to perform Market Research and understand customer needsFamiliarity with CRM tools and proficiency in utilizing digital sales platforms is a plusSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage deadlinesFlexible and able to adapt quickly in a remote work environmentPrevious experience in sales or business development is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageousThis is a commission only position and you can expect a minimum of 45 days before you see your first paycheck.
