Obsessed with helping companies grow and exceed their goals, NP Digital delivers on the mission of continually helping brands connect and engage with their audience.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a newly created role to support our growing SEO team.SEO Strategists work with Account teams, Content teams, Digital PR teams and SEO Specialists to drive not only keyword ranking increases and qualified traffic, but important business outcomes for NP Digital clients.This position is based in LATAM and work with the SEO Director, VP, Product and other department teams primarily located in México and Colombia. Occasional travel may be required to client sites and/or other NP Digital office locations.This is a fully remote role and can be based in any of the following countries / regions: Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, or Central America. To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Latin America and are required to be fluent in English.ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Director or Senior SEO Strategist, the SEO Strategist will be responsible for determining and executing best in class SEO strategies to drive key business outcomes for NP Digital clients.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ownership and strategic direction over complex SEO campaigns with no oversight neededOngoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page and website development revisions based on performance targets and client objectivesDaily use of reporting, analytics, and trend toolsAssist account managers with client communications around organic search knowledge and recommendations to develop and deliver a clear strategic vision to each clientAssist SEO Managers in the mentorship and coaching of SEO SpecialistsCollaborate with Content team, Digital PR team and other subject matter experts as necessary to provide best in class multi-channel digital marketing servicesContribute to the development of departmental processes and best in class deliverables and templatesContribute to SEO Department meetings with industry news, training & coaching opportunities, and sharingABOUT YOUExperience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Looker Studio, STAT, BrightEdge, SEO Monitor, etc. to analyze organic search and analytics data to make specific data-driven recommendations4+ Years’ experience in the organic search industry, with a minimum of 2 years personally managing SEO strategy for clientsFull confidence and expert delivery in interfacing with clients and collaborating with other departmentsSuccessful & strong storytelling with data via deliverables and monthly reportsDeals with risk and uncertainty with easeUnderstands and prioritizes what’s importantQuickly sense what will help/hinder progress, eliminates roadblocks, and maintains focus on the big pictureCreates or contributes to an environment where each team member feels important and can receive credit for their role in success and achievementExperience conducting successful SEO campaigns with large, enterprise, or Fortune 500 brandsDemonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced SEO projectsDemonstrated success in developing and executing successful SEO campaignsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project managementExcellent verbal & written communication skillsDemonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilitiesComfortable presenting to clients and communicating directly with client teams, including stakeholders with varied levels of SEO or digital marketing knowledgeStrong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership on SEO industry topicsAbility to educate and share industry knowledge with less experienced team membersAbility to remain agile and collaborative in a constantly evolving work environmentBONUS POINTS Agency experienceIntermediate level of Portuguese, both written and spokenGoogle AnalyticsTechnical Expertise/Web Dev ExperienceABOUT YOUR GROWTHAs an organization we support your growth and development by investing in your learning to advance your career.
