divh2Records Management Specialist/h2pCome join our amazing team and work in our Orange, CA Office!/ppOur Records Management Specialist is responsible for processing incoming closing packages, auditing and preparing collateral packages for delivery to Warehouse Bank and/or Note Custodian. Shipping and tracking of collateral packages from warehouse bank to agency and/or investor. Retrieval and processing of final collateral which includes auditing and shipping of final title policy and recorded security instrument to deliver to custodian/Investor. Ensuring all collateral is complete within the required timelines while adhering to government requirements and investor guidelines. Performs all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range is $22/hr. -$27/hr./ppWhat youll do:/pulliEnsures closing packages are received, imaged, and processed within required timelines/liliProcess collateral packages with efficiency and within required timelines while adhering to internal policy and procedure/liliResponsible for the retrieval of final title policy and recorded security instruments for delivery to document custodian and/or investor/liliIdentifies and coordinates the correction of missing, incorrect, illegible, or damaged documents to ensure they are within company policy and industry standards./liliMail fulfil clerical closing disclosures and adverse action letters./liliResponsible for uploading HUD 184 case binders via Catalyst/liliResponsible for data integrity within E360 and/or Excel reports as it relates to records management/liliPerform other duties and work on projects as requested by management/li/ulpWhat youll need:/pulliKnowledge of mortgage industry concepts, practices, and procedures/liliKnowledge and experience in processing collateral packages and clearing exception reports/liliProficient in Microsoft Office/liliKnowledge of Encompass360/liliExcellent time management and multitasking skills/liliMust have strong organizational skills, ability to adhere to deadlines/liliAbility to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment/liliExcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills/li/ulpOur Company:/ppCarrington Mortgage Services is part of The Carrington Companies, which provide integrated, full-lifecycle mortgage loan servicing assistance to borrowers and investors, delivering exceptional customer care and programs that support borrowers and their homeownership experience.
