This role will work closely with me to support daily IT operations and ensure our employees have reliable technology.Target Experience1-10 years of experience working in an IT role (help desk, IT support, systems administration, etc.)Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows computers and common business applicationsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Suite (user management, email support, Teams, SharePoint basics)Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs)Experience supporting end users in a business environmentAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staffKey ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support for field staff employeesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSet up and configure laptops, iPads, iPhones, user accounts, and new employee onboardingEscalate complex technical issues appropriately to internal leadership or external IT partners when necessaryAssist with management of Microsoft 365 users and devicesMaintain company IT equipment and device inventory including but not limited to, mobile devices, laptops, iPad, Starlinks, 360 cameras, badge printers, ect.Document solutions and assist with improving IT processesJ-18808-Ljbffr
