Remote US?? $500k Base + Bonus + Significant Early-Stage EquityAbout the CompanyFounded by a band of executives from Google DeepmindAnthropic and OpenAI, with investors include market leading VCs in AI and some of the best researcher-entrepreneurs in the world in this discipline.This role reports into the founder CEO who is widely regarded as the leader in large scale ML systems and hardware aware model design. They are building specialized AI systems that replace real enterprise production workflows at scale. Their team is working to identify bottlenecks across massive training and inference systems, then design and implement the low-level optimizations that unlock step-function gains in speed, efficiency, and scalability. As they close in on their first few enterprise logos, they are recruiting a senior commercial executive to take over and build the function as their own.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end sales ensuring a tailored and consultative experience for customers.Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline via networking, outbound outreach, and participation in key industry events and conferences.Collaborate with internal experts to deliver customer-specific solutions that reinforces technical credibility.Manage and expand key accounts, focusing on renewals and identifying opportunities for growth.Represent the company at external conferences, events, and meetings with customers.RequirementsAt least 10+ years of enterprise B2B experience in a commercial role, with a preference for complex AI native offerings.Comfortable working in environments that are dominated by researchers and technical stakeholder (in the near term).Experience scaling revenue from low 7 figures to 9+.Desired Skills and AttributesOutstanding communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex offerings to multiple stakeholders.Self-driven, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Strong in negotiation, objection handling, deal execution, and closing.Demonstrates a customer-first mindset, high integrity, and a strong sense of ownership.Builder mentality.Working Environment & BenefitsMarket leading salary bonus and equity-based compensation.Significant growth opportunities in alignment with the company's rapid scaling.** If you are interested please apply above or reach out directly with your resume to: a.benhsain@strativgroup.com.
