Come build the future of pharmacy with us.\r\nJob Posting Title\r\nSr. Program Manager (Pharmacy Network Client Services) - Remote\r\nJob Description\r\nThe Senior Program Manager is accountable for leading and executing core programs, such as Amazon pharmacy home delivery.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to assigned line of business across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work efforts\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programs\r\n\r\n\r\nConduct analysis, designs solutions, and monitors performance against metrics, business and/or client requirements\r\n\r\n\r\nManage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new strategies are successfully developed and implemented\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metrics\r\n\r\n\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\n\r\n\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required\r\n\r\n\r\n5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting\r\n\r\n\r\n1 year of project/program management experience\r\n\r\n\r\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to work in self-directed environment\r\n\r\n\r\nCritical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions\r\n\r\n\r\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlines\r\n\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n\r\nMaster's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field\r\n\r\nEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures\r\nEvery employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
