In this role, you will be responsible for sale of all assets in region/territory and maintaining department standards in pricing and inventory management. This position is accountable for KPIs based on Black Book/FMV, Days to pick up, Days to Sell, 3rdparty & Core revenue, and client retention. You will also represent vehicle sales either on site or online while ensuring a consistent client experience with low cycle time and high sale values.\nWhat You’ll Do\nResponsible for sale of all assets in region/territory, while maintaining department standards and KPIs.\nAdhering to company policies, including those related to floor pricing.\nDevelop and maintain auction network and relationships through weekly or monthly auction attendance.\nAchieve team 3rd party and core revenue goals by personal representation at auction, maintaining Element best practices, relationship building with 3rd party clients and dealers and generating 3rd party sales leads.\nLead client and prospect meetings, including preparing materials and logistics.\nMaintain client satisfaction and retain core and 3rd party clients through inventory management.\nEngage with team in meetings, projects.\nParticipate in auction coverage for peers while they are on PTO.\nParticipate in key initiatives and product roadmap.\nRepresent all sales either on site or online, ensuring a consistent client experience with low cycle time and high sale values.\nBasic Qualifications\n5-8 years of experience in a professional sales / marketing environment, preferably in used vehicle sales.\nKnowledge of the new and used vehicle sales industry preferred.\nKnowledge of vehicle sales processes and procedures, and other departments that interact with those processes preferred.\nAbility to work under pressure, using tact, discretion and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated negotiations skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.\nPreferred: CAR certification from ARA (Automotive Remarketing Alliance).\nAbility to build and maintain a solid working knowledge of Auction and Element internal systems.\nDemonstrated ability to learn and expand business knowledge in the Fleet and Automotive Industries.\nPC competency includes Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nStrong work ethic.\nLocation: US Remote\nThe hiring base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $121,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
