HVAC Installation Technician - weekend and ductwork required

Job Description As an HVAC Installation Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering clean, professional, and high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations and ductwork. Some weekend work is required, and ductwork installation will be a key component of your duties. You'll work with a supportive team that emphasizes doing the job right the first time, maintaining spotless job sites, and leaving every customer happier than when you arrived. This is a great opportunity for a skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants steady year-round work in Florida's high-demand market.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality HVAC installations (full systems, ductwork, plenums, mixing boxes, refrigerant lines, evaporator coils, blower motors, air handlers, condensers, etc.) according to manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company standards.Complete installations of copper linesets, brazing/soldering, high and low voltage wiring, sheet metal, and flex ductwork.Work efficiently in attics, crawlspaces, closets, and other tight areas while protecting the customer's home.Maintain a clean and safe job site — always leaving it cleaner than you found it.Use Housecall Pro to document jobs with photos, checklists, and accurate records.Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, organized, and inventoried.Work collaboratively with the installation team and other departments to complete jobs efficiently and exceed customer expectations.Report any issues, safety concerns, or needed follow-ups immediately.What We're Looking ForEPA Section 608 Certification (required)High school diploma or GED2+ years of hands-on residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation and ductwork experienceValid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (must be approved by company insurance)Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality workExcellent customer service skills and a positive team-player attitudeComfortable working with tablets/smartphones and basic technologyPhysically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in Florida heat/humidity, attics, and crawlspacesReliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours when neededPerks & BenefitsCompetitive pay by the job (based on experience and performance)Company vehicle providedYear-round work with steady demandOngoing training and career development opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented work environment focused on quality and growthCompany Description We're a family-owned, growing leader in Southwest Florida HVAC, delivering 24/7 emergency repairs, top-rated installations, and unmatched customer service.
