We love taking initiative, hosting social events, and fostering a team culture where ideas thrive and innovation is encouraged.We have offices in New York and Copenhagen, and we’re expanding rapidly.What you’ll be doing ⭐As an Investment Controller, you’ll be the guardian of high-quality financial data, making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. You’ll work closely with clients, banks, and internal teams to ensure the data flows seamlessly and everything is reconciled and reported with precision.Your role could include:Keeping automated processes running smoothly and setting up new, efficient data import flows.Quality-controlling investment data to ensure accuracy for our clients.Reconciling and registering complex investment products (think private equity and alternative assets).Managing investment accounting, including data processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.A customer-centric approach to ensuring smooth operations and timely data delivery.Driving innovation by helping implement new solutions and AI tools that enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.You’ll also have the opportunity to shape the future of our operations, optimize workflows, and work closely with our software developers to continuously improve Aleta’s automation and reporting capabilities.What we’re looking for 🎯We don’t expect you to tick every single box, but if you recognize yourself in some of the points below, let’s talk.A finance-related master’s degree.A structured and detail-oriented mindset – you love precision and order.The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.A high level of honesty and integrity – you handle confidential data with discretion.Strong analytical skills and a love for optimizing financial processes.Tech-savvy – experience with automation, coding, or programming is a plus.An interest in leveraging digital tools to enhance finance operations.Fluent in English.What’s in it for you? 🎁At Aleta, we know that talented professionals thrive in an environment that values freedom, flexibility, and continuous learning.
