Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent\r\nA reliable, quality-conscious, safe worker\r\nCulinary knowledge of terms, procedures, and practices\r\nFlexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a team\r\nHACCP knowledge\r\nExcellent attention to detail and self-organized\r\nAbility to accurately monitor wastage\r\nStrong prioritization skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks\r\nFlexibility for different shifts – night, weekends, holidays\r\nWork Environment\r\nThe essential functions of this position are performed indoors. The noise level in the work environment can range from minimal to loud. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch, and may lift or move up to 30 pounds.
