You will leverage your knowledge of modern development, deployment, and security practices to manage client-specific configurations, ensure optimal performance within our infrastructure, and help clients understand how to utilize our product suite effectively. This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple client engagements.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with clients and internal teams to onboard them in our FinTech platform seamlessly and within the agreed schedule.\nWork with automation tools (GitHub, YAML, Helm) to package, deploy, and configure applications in Kubernetes (basic to intermediate knowledge).\nCreate and maintain shell scripts and SQL queries to support integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.\nDevelop and review XML-based configurations and data exchange schemas.\nParticipate in technical meetings with clients, discussing SAML, SSO, REST APIs, Architecture Design, and basic networking considerations.\nAdvocate and implement best practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment patterns.\nResearch emerging technologies and proactively identify areas for improvement.\nProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.\nDeploy AI/ML models as part of compliance solutions, including model endpoints and integration with existing infrastructure.\nAssist with data preparation, validation, and feature engineering for AI applications, ensuring high-quality inputs for model performance.\nEducate and train clients on how to interpret and leverage AI-powered features and outputs.\nTroubleshoot and monitor deployed AI solutions, identifying issues such as data drift, model degradation, or unexpected output, and escalate where necessary.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nHands-on experience using GitHub for version control.\nFamiliarity with YAML syntax and Helm charts for application configuration and deployment.\nWorking knowledge of Kubernetes (no deep expertise required, but willingness to learn).\nExperience writing shell scripts (e.g., Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.\nProficiency with SQL for data manipulation, reporting, and basic performance tuning.\nSolid understanding of XML-based configurations and integrations.\nBasic knowledge of SAML, SSO, and similar authentication and security protocols.\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and how they fit into broader integration strategies.\nGeneral understanding of networking fundamentals.\nExcellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and the ability to explain complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.\nBasic understanding of machine learning concepts and model deployment practices.\nAbility to monitor AI solution performance and assist with troubleshooting and optimization.\n\nNice-to-Have Experience:\nExperience with financial crime, AML, KYC, or fraud detection solutions.\nCoding experience in one of the main modern languages: python, java, etc…\nUnderstanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation best practices.\nCertification with any of the major cloud providers: GCP, AWS, Azure.\nUnderstanding of AI model governance concepts such as explainability, auditability, and data privacy in production deployments.\n#LI-Remote\nAbout Us:\nAbout SymphonyAI\n\nSymphonyAI is building the leading enterprise AI SaaS company for digital transformation across the most critical and resilient growth verticals, including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial services, manufacturing, media, and business IT.
