This analyst applies advanced statistical techniques, builds data models, and creates visualizations to support G6 initiatives and improve readiness. Coordinates closely with the on-site team.\r\nResponsibilities include, but will not be limited to:\r\nPerform remote data collection, cleaning, transformation, and analysis\r\nApply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to datasets\r\nDevelop visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools\r\nDeliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders at technical and non-technical levels\r\nCoordinate with on-site Fort McCoy DABAL team and COR/DGR\r\nStay updated on emerging data analysis technologies\r\nRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:\r\n2-3 years of relevant data analysis experience.\r\nStrong understanding of statistical concepts, data analysis methodologies, and business operations\r\nExperience with Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel\r\nExperience with data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques\r\nExperience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms\r\nWorking knowledge of hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis\r\nAbility to collect, clean, transform, and manipulate large datasets\r\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\r\nAbility to work independently in a self-starting, remote environment\r\nRequired Education\r\nBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.\r\n2-3 years of relevant data analysis experience\r\nEducation Preferred\r\nBachelor's d Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science\r\nRequired Certifications\r\nDoD Cyber Awareness Training (required prior to network access and annually thereafter; IAW DoDD 8140.01/DoDM 8140.03/AR 25-2)\r\nAT Level I Awareness Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)\r\niWATCH Army Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)\r\nATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) registration required\r\nPreferred Certifications\r\nMicrosoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)\r\nSAS Certified Data Scientist or equivalent\r\nRequired Security Clearance\r\nUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher clearance, per contract requirements.\r\nOther Requirements\r\nRequired training includes DoD Cyber Awareness, AT Level I, iWATCH, and ATCTS registration.\r\nTravel requirements vary (5–25%) annually\r\nOur corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
