Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must. Sunday Dinner and Monday Lunch shifts are a must.\n\nCOMPENSATION\n\n$19.70 Per Hour\n\nRequirements:\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n\nMust be at least 21 years of age\nKnowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, including recipes, history, base ingredients, and jiggers\nEnsure a good Guest experience-present drink menu, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages; take orders; promptly serve food and drink, and check in with Guests regarding their experience; up-sell whenever possible\nRecord drink or food orders accurately and immediately after receipt into POS; Accept and process Guest payment and make the correct change as applicable.\nFill in as a server as directed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant\nMaintain inventory and bar supplies; assist in restocking and replenishing\nEnsure the cleanliness of the bar area (counters, tables, equipment, floors, etc.) always\nMaintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
