This position is located in Fort Worth (North Area) and does require onsite attendance.\n\n*This role does require a BACHELOR’S DEGREE and current EIT or PE standing. This role requires relevant experience in RESIDENTIAL structural or LIGHT COMMERCIAL structural.*\n\nThe Expectations:\nLead structural design for residential and light commercial projects, with a focus on foundations and framing systems (wood, steel, and concrete).\nPrepare, review, and seal structural calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with applicable building codes and standards.\nConduct site investigations and structural inspections; evaluate existing structures and develop repair or retrofit solutions.\nServe as Engineer of Record on select projects, taking responsibility for technical accuracy and code compliance.\nCoordinate directly with clients, architects, contractors, and local jurisdictions in a highly collaborative two-engineer firm environment.\nManage projects from proposal through construction administration, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.\nSupport business development through client relationships, repeat work, and proposal preparation.\n\nThe Experience Needed:\nStructural Design – Residential and Light Commercial Experience, REQUIRED\nBachelor’s Degree, REQUIRED\nEIT or PE Status, REQUIRED\n*This role does require a BACHELOR’S DEGREE and current EIT or PE standing.
